Baptist Collegiate Ministry is a Cooperative Program ministry on 34 campuses funded by the Louisiana Baptist Convention. It is a ministry that works to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ on campus, help students grow in their commitment to Christ and gives students the opportunity to serve locally and around the world.
 

Letter to Pastors:

Dear Pastor,

The Louisiana Baptist Collegiate Ministry Team is making every effort  to connect your graduating seniors with a BCM and the local churches at the college they will be attending this fall.  I would like to let you know about a letter that was mailed to your Sunday School Director.   It includes the quick link for getting your students contact information directly to Baptist Collegiate Ministry  and Churches on any campus in the country,  www.sbccampusconnect.net. Entering information is quick and easy.  There is even a link at the bottom of the web page for uploading a large list of contact information.

This information is incredibly important.  Collegiate Ministry leaders agree that the first semester of college dramatically shapes the future of an individual.  It has been my experience the first two weeks of a freshmen’s campus experience helps form relationships that will impact a student’s life throughout their college career.  BCM wants to be there to meet these precious students and give an opportunity for relationships that will help them develop a life changing walk with Jesus Christ. 

So, I need your help. Could you please make sure that someone follows up on sending the contact names to sbccampusconnect as soon as possible.  You may also contact a BCM director directly with additional information.  These contacts can be found at left-side of this page.  Thanks for your help!
