WHO WAYNE IS:
  • Wayne and Martha were married in 1969 and have four married daughters and thirteen grandchildren.
  • Prior to joining the LBC Team as Director of Evangelism in 1990, Wayne served as a pastor and staff member in Louisiana and Texas.
  • EDUCATION: Louisiana College; SWBTS
WHAT WAYNE DOES:
  • Gives leadership and direction to the Evangelism/Church Growth Team consisting of strategists in the areas of Evangelism, Sunday School/Small Groups, Discipleship, Adult, Youth and Childhood Education.
  • Plans and conducts conferences statewide, regionally and in associations for equipping in evangelism and church growth related issues.
  • Conducts private consultations with pastors, staff and churches.
SOME OF WAYNE'S ACCOMPLISHMENTS RELATED TO LBC MINISTRY:
  • Wayne recently initiated a "Sharing the Peace of Jesus" throughout the state in 2010 as a part of GPS.
  • Conducted over 200 revivals in 17 states and 4 foreign countries.
  • Author of "Beginning Steps, 7 Step Growth Guide" and "Praying Your Friends to Christ".
