How to Facilitate a Live Webcast at my church!
Facilitator Questions - to be used during the discussion times
Listening Guide - to be used during the presentations
For those who were unable to attend our first live webcast for Sunday School leaders, here is a replay of the webcast in its entirety. This two-hour webcast, is designed as a group participation event for all Sunday School leaders. Keynote speakers will present the five components of a Vibrant Sunday School with group discussion time after each presentation. For the video on demand replay, simply pause the video between each session. Each church will need to have a facilitator guide the discussion based upon the talking points for each component.
The suggested implementation would be for churches to host a lunch for their Sunday School leaders after church on that Sunday in a space which has access to a large video screen, broadband internet, and adequate sound reinforcement. If this is not available, a second possible implementation would be for Sunday School departments, to meet in someone’s home who has broadband internet and the ability to connect a computer to a large television. For this implementation, there would need to be a facilitator at each location.
